Biography

David Fassbender is the Deputy Head of Asia Pacific at PGIM Real Estate, also serving as Senior Portfolio Manager for its Asia-Pacific value-add fund series. Based in Singapore, he was previously Head of Southeast Asia. With over two decades of experience since joining PGIM Real Estate in 2002, he has been instrumental in establishing the AVP fund series, overseeing approximately US$21 billion in transactions. He holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
