Biography

Milan Khatri served as Head of Research at Phoenix Property Investors, where he was pivotal in developing investment strategies and asset allocation policies. Drawing on over 20 years of expertise in macroeconomics and real estate markets, he provided critical market insights that guided the company's investment program, including its strategic pivot into the logistics sector. Khatri also played a key role in preparing comprehensive research materials and authoring influential white papers on significant market trends. His extensive background includes positions such as Chief Economist at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Global Real Estate Strategist at Aberdeen Asset Management. Milan holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from the University of London's SOAS and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
