Bradley Fu
Biography
Bradley Fu is EVP, Head of Acquisitions, and Co-Director of Asia-Pacific at Heitman. An equity owner, he leads Heitman's investment platform for the Asia-Pacific Private Equity group, driving acquisitions, underwriting, and execution across key markets including Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore. With 18 years of real estate investment experience, his background includes leadership roles as Director and Head of Real Estate at Anbang Insurance and as Portfolio Manager for Strategic Real Estate Asia at APG Asset Management. Mr. Fu holds a BS in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business and is a SFC licensed Responsible Officer for asset management in Hong Kong.
