Felicia Jacques is the Vice President of Maloney Properties Inc., where she launched their real estate development division in 2011. With over 20 years of experience, she manages development initiatives, leveraging key relationships and engaging sponsors to enhance opportunities for mixed-use and mixed-income real estate projects. Before joining Maloney, Ms. Jacques was the Director of Development for the Northeast Region at The Community Builders, Inc., where she led the $157 million Charlesview Residences project. She holds an undergraduate degree in Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Development from Columbia University.
