With over 30 years of industry experience, she specializes in sourcing, negotiating, and closing debt and equity for real estate acquisitions, new developments, and stabilized properties. Chambers has been instrumental in expanding Ryan's capital markets presence in the Western division, demonstrating expertise in building strategic relationships with capital partners and implementing robust equity/debt strategies for diverse property types.
