Biography
Sophie Richard is an accomplished Asset Manager for Europe and the UK at M&L Hospitality, a leading international real estate investment platform specializing in hotels. She joined M&L Hospitality in 2016, bringing extensive experience in hotel asset management. Her expertise encompasses valuations, feasibility studies, business plan development, and financial modeling across numerous European, African, and Middle Eastern markets. Prior to M&L Hospitality, Sophie worked with prominent hotel consultancy firms such as BNP Paribas Real Estate Hotel and HVS. She is a Chartered Surveyor (RICS) and currently serves as the Vice President and Communication Chair on the Board of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA) Europe. Sophie holds an MBA from IMHI (Essec Business School and Cornell University).
