Jaime Pedrosa

Jaime Pedrosa is the Managing Director and founder of U Developments, a creative development practice. With over two decades of experience, he has overseen the successful delivery of more than €450M in hospitality and mixed-use real estate across major European cities, including London, Edinburgh, and Zurich, comprising over 750 units. Previously, he played a pivotal role in the creation and rollout of the Locke aparthotel brand as Development Manager for the SACO Locke platform, establishing new supply chains and design teams across the UK and Europe.
