Nikhil Gera
Biography
Nikhil Gera is President of US operations and Executive Director at Gera Developments Private Limited, a family owned company with projects totaling over 5 million sqft being developed in Pune, Goa and Bangalore in India and in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Gera worked for Vornado Realty Trust, a NYSE listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), for over 15 years. At Vornado, as Senior Vice President, he oversaw the REIT’s 2.2 million sqft California retail property portfolio as well as its investments ($400MM) in India. He has over 23 years of hands-on real estate experience in the USA and India. Mr. Gera has a Bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
