Tom​ Simmons

Tom Simmons joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2014 and currently serves as Vice President. He is responsible for overseeing the master planning and development of Majestic’s 2,000 acre Port Grande industrial park in Laredo, Texas. In addition, Tom leads Majestic’s joint venture development with Tejon Ranch Company of the 1,450 acre Tejon Ranch Commerce Center. He shares responsibility for the Phoenix, Arizona industrial market and was a key contributor to Majestic opening the Phoenix office in 2018. Tom also manages several industrial developments in the Otay Mesa submarket of San Diego. Tom earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a MBA with a focus on Corporate Finance from Chapman University.
