Biography
Anshul Gaurav serves as Head-Growth, Commercial at Max Estates Limited, where he oversees the P&L of the commercial real estate vertical, manages pre-construction and construction, and drives growth in the Delhi NCR market. He possesses a strong background in business development, having successfully led significant land acquisitions, including a 7.25-acre parcel in Gurgaon. Prior to Max Estates, Anshul held roles at LODHA Group, focusing on operations strategy and sales, and was a Business Analyst at Knowlarity Communications. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi.
