Corey Dutton, MBA, is the Principal Lending Manager at Private Money Utah, which she founded (formerly High West Lending). A leading private money lender in the Western U.S., she has overseen over $550 million in real estate loans since 2008. With an MBA from Thunderbird, Corey is known for her fast, honest approach to hard money lending, specializing in residential and commercial real estate financing across the Mountain West Region. She is a licensed Principal Lending Manager and also serves as Vice President of the Salt Lake Real Estate Investor's Association and is a member of the American Association of Private Lenders. Corey regularly contributes to industry publications and investor education.
