Eric Li
Biography
Dr. Eric Li is the Head of Research, Asia Pacific at Allianz Real Estate Asia Pacific, a PIMCO company, a position he has held since May 2020. He brings extensive expertise in real estate research and strategy, previously serving as Head of Greater China Research and Group Research & Strategy at ARA Asset Management from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, he was a Manager of Investment Research & Strategy at M&G Real Estate. Dr. Li earned his PhD in Real Estate Finance & Economics from the National University of Singapore, complementing his Master of Science degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Science from Shandong Jianzhu University. He is also a member of the Research Committee at ANREV.
