Olivier Garnier
Biography
Olivier Garnier serves as Global Risk Officer and Partner at Meridiam, overseeing worldwide risk management for the company's investment processes and asset management across all funds. He also manages regulatory activities with the SEC and the French "Autorité des Marchés Financiers". Olivier brings extensive experience in infrastructure finance, having worked in the sector since 1996. Prior to joining Meridiam in March 2010, he held positions at Financial Security Assurance, where he was a Managing Director leading infrastructure finance operations in the Americas, and previously at Credit Lyonnais and Dexia.
