Ernesto Monter
Biography
Ernesto Monter is a Principal Transport Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). An environmental engineer with a Master's from John Hopkins University, he possesses 25 years of experience in sustainable transport and environmental/social risk management. At IDB since 1999, he previously led environmental and social evaluations for major infrastructure projects. Currently, in the Transport Division, he leads loan structuring and coordinates sustainable transport initiatives.
