Biography

Kwanyoung Kim found JRAMC in 2008 and has since lead the company as CEO. Kwanyoung is also a professor of real estate finance at Hanyang University and has previously held numerous positions including Chairman of the Korea Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Commissioner of the Presidential Commission on Architecture Policy, President of the Asia Real Estate Society and Seoul Real Estate Forum. Kwanyoung hold a PhD in Finance from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from Seoul National University.
