Harly is the Managing Director of Wellworth Properties, a real estate and property development company based in the Philippines and the Director for Business Development and Marketing at H.S. POW Construction and Development Corporation, a licensed “AAA” General Construction and General Engineering company with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining the family business, Harly gained corporate experience at the Philippines’ largest pharmaceutical company handling multiple projects and roles in Joint Ventures & Acquisitions, Business Development, Brand Management and New Business Ventures. Currently, she is the Co-Chair of ULYoung Leaders Board Philippines, and an active member of Entrepreneur's Organization.
