Howard Riker

Howard Riker is a Managing Director at Hines, with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. His extensive tenure at Hines includes significant development, acquisition, disposition, and asset management responsibilities for over 10 million square feet of diverse properties, including office, residential, retail, and hospitality. Mr. Riker is recognized for his expertise in placemaking, especially in urban mixed-use projects, and notably supervised the $1.1 billion CityCenterDC development. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Yale College.
