Jacek Kulakowski
Biography
Jacek Kulakowski is the Executive Investment Director and Head of Corporate Development at PAREF, a position he has held since January 2019. In this role, he is responsible for creating new business opportunities through strategic commercial initiatives, overseeing investments, managing institutional investor relations, and leading M&A strategy. Jacek brings extensive experience in Real Estate and Private Equity investments, as well as Mergers and Acquisitions, gained from previous roles at Fosun, Credit Suisse, UBS, and EY. He holds a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting and is a CFA Charterholder and a Member of the RICS.
