Mark Allan
Biography
Mark Allan is the CEO of Landsec (Land Securities Group), a position he has held since April 2020. He brings extensive property sector knowledge, operational leadership, and strategic management to one of Europe's largest real estate companies. Prior to Landsec, he served as CEO of St. Modwen Properties Plc and The Unite Group, accumulating 14 years of leadership in FTSE 250 real estate businesses covering student accommodation, regeneration, logistics, and housebuilding. A qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Mark leads Landsec's strategy focusing on creating sustainable urban places, driving carbon reduction, and adapting to industry disruption by investing in mixed-use regeneration and key regional assets.
