Erica Young focuses on acquisitions, financial analysis, due diligence and managing broker/seller relationships. She has a background in real estate investment/analysis. She has studied extensively under some of the most respected names in the industry. Her experience stems from underwriting, market analysis, brokerage and financial analysis. Her analysis and due diligence skills have allowed her the opportunity to impact numerous advisory and investment firms with property evaluation and underwriting procedures. Throughout her career, she has performed with excellence in a number of fields, making a positive impact on operations, sales, expense reduction, human resources, profit and loss and product placement.
