Mark Torok

Mark Torok serves as President & General Counsel at Hartman Income REIT, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in regulatory, compliance, securities, and real estate law. He holds a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law and a BA in Economics from Gettysburg College. Prior to joining Hartman, Mr. Torok held executive and legal roles at USAA, Argonaut Insurance Group, and Erie Indemnity Company, where he was instrumental in its NASDAQ listing. His deep expertise and leadership have been invaluable to Hartman.
