Scott Krone
Biography
Scott Krone is the Founder of Coda Management Group, a firm specializing in real estate asset management. He earned his Master of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology, commencing his career in 1991. Krone served as a Project Manager for Optima, Inc., managing notable multi-family developments. In 1998, he founded Coda Design + Build, an award-winning firm recognized for sustainable building practices. Co-founding Coda Management Group in 2012, he oversees a diverse real estate portfolio including self-storage, commercial, and multi-family properties, with investments exceeding $30 million. Krone is recognized for his expertise in converting distressed buildings into self-storage facilities and has authored "High Performance Homes".
