Biography
Bradford Takala is Principal, Acquisitions at Griffith Properties, bringing 26 years of extensive experience in real estate investments. He has successfully originated, structured, and closed over $3.0 billion in investments across diverse asset classes and strategies. In his current role, he is instrumental in originating and executing investment opportunities and supporting investor relations and capital formation. Prior to Griffith Properties, Mr. Takala held leadership positions at Eastern Real Estate, The Davis Companies, and Invesco Real Estate, beginning his career at Cushman & Wakefield. He earned an MBA in finance from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University.
