Acquisitions professional having in excess of $2 billion of investment experience focusing on distressed real estate capital structures and other complex opportunistic, disruptive and special situation investment opportunities. Specialties: Workouts, restructurings, recapitalizations, corporate private equity, structuring joint ventures, sourcing investment opportunities, analyzing and underwriting complex and distressed investment opportunities. Loan acquisitions (senior, subordinate and mezzanine positions), originate preferred equity and mezzanine debt.
