Daniel Steinberg

Dan Steinberg is an experienced real estate executive with over 25 years’ experience in the acquisition,financing, development and management of over $3 billion of real estate transactions. He is the CIO of Besen Partners. He also serves on Besen’s Management Committee and is Co-Chair of the Investment Committee. He is responsible for the strategic direction of Besen's capital markets and principal investment activities. He oversees all facets of fund strategy, acquisition and asset management activities, including transaction negotiation and execution, as well as operational oversight of Besen's operating partner relationships.
