Matthew Shulman
Biography
Matthew Shulman is the CEO and Managing Partner of The Ardent Companies, a privately held real estate investment and asset management firm. Under his leadership, Ardent has invested over $4.4 billion in real estate transactions, with more than $1.6 billion in assets under management. Previously, he served as a Managing Director at Rialto Capital, managing an origination platform for equity investments, and was a founding partner of Fairway Capital Partners. Shulman holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona. He is recognized for his expertise in opportunistic and diversified investment strategies.
