Brent Shearer

Brent Shearer is President of Blake Communities at Blake Investment Partners, where he oversees residential investments and serves on the Investment Committee. He spearheaded a five-year initiative that significantly enhanced Blake Communities' organizational efficiency, technological advancement, and financial soundness. During his tenure, he doubled the number of homebuilder partnerships and developed an off-balance sheet financial tool. Previously, as a Partner, he managed a substantial portfolio and facilitated significant capital raises. Prior to Blake, he was involved in over $3 billion in commercial real estate transactions at Situs Holdings. He holds a B.A. from the University of Georgia and an M.S. from Georgia State University.
