Steven Schwarz
Biography
Steven Schwarz is a Founding Partner at ViaWest Group, a real estate company he helped establish in 2003. He leads the firm's investment and development strategies, focusing on deal-sourcing and capital markets. With over 30 years in the industry, Schwarz specializes in industrial and office property development, operations, and financing. He has contributed to projects worth over $4 billion, offering services like build-to-suit, speculative development, and acquisitions across the Southwest, Pacific Northwest, and Southeast U.S. Before ViaWest, he held leadership roles at The Plaza Companies and The Hewson Company. An alumnus of The University of Texas Honors Program with a B.A. in Marketing, Schwarz has also served as Chairman of NAIOP Arizona and on the National Board of Directors for NAIOP and ULI.
