Louie Soffner
Biography
Louie Soffner is the Investor Relations Manager for The Beach Company, where he coordinates investor communication, capital raising, portfolio management, market research, and investment accounting for Beach Real Estate Funds. Soffner first joined The Beach Company in 2015, contributing to property management. He subsequently gained experience as a corporate investment accountant at Greystar before rejoining The Beach Company in 2018. He earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics from Indiana University.
