Milan Rubenstein
Biography
Milan has been a visionary in commercial real estate for the Greater Los Angeles and Chicago metropolitan area, focusing on the acquisitions and dispositions of value add apartment, mixed-use, retail and office buildings. Milan came from Belgrade, Serbia to Los Angeles in 1994 to go to UCLA, and started in real estate in 1998. He started out as a commercial real estate broker at Remax Commercial where he was ranked top ten. Milan deals with assessing the market strategies, finding opportunities, creating and nurturing investor, and bank relations. He holds a real estate brokers license in California and Illinois and is on multiple charity, arts and business organization boards, including the Young Presidents Organization.
