John Ramsey

John Ramsey is the CEO and Co-Founder of Sentio Investments, LLC, a firm specializing in healthcare real estate. He successfully led the sale of Sentio Healthcare Properties, Inc., a REIT advised by Sentio Investments, in a record-setting transaction for a public non-traded REIT. With over $5 billion in combined real estate healthcare experience, Mr. Ramsey previously served as CEO of Servant Healthcare Investments and Senior Vice President of Investments at CNL Retirement Corp., where he managed investment strategies and contributed to a $5.3 billion sale. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Florida State University with dual degrees in finance and real estate, he also serves on the board of Westminster Communities of Florida and contributes to initiatives by the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care.
