Biography
Mr. Pruett is Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Capri EGM, an investment manager specializing in the net lease, sale-leaseback, and build-to-suit commercial real estate markets, providing investment programs for institutional investors and capital solutions for corporations. Mr. Pruett serves on Capri EGM’s Management and Investment Committees and oversees all of the business activities of the firm.
