Biography
Steve Plenge is responsible for the strategic direction of Pacific Retail Capital Partners and oversees the firm’s strategies, acquisition activities, capital sourcing efforts, and development programs nationwide. With over 30 years of national real estate experience, he has been involved in the sourcing and acquisition of more than $6 billion of retail properties. Prior to forming PRCP, Steve handled these same responsibilities as Executive Vice President of Somera Capital Management and Senior Vice President of Madison Marquette, a national retail investment and property management firm.
