David Petersen

Dave Petersen has 23 years of diverse real estate experience, including 15 years of principal-side investment management experience at pre-eminent private equity firms. Most recently, he served as a Principal and founding member of Ares Management’s commercial real estate group, and acted as Chief Credit Officer for the firm’s Western U.S. investment activity. In his prior capacities at AllBridge Investments, LLC and Olympus Real Estate Partners, Mr. Petersen led select portfolio and single asset acquisition and financing/refinancing initiatives, as well as the asset management activity of a $2.2 billion portfolio.
