Ryan Payne
Biography
Ryan Payne served as Principal at Four Corners Properties, where he was instrumental in sourcing and managing new investments. During his tenure, he was responsible for over 500,000 square feet of life science development. His extensive background includes assisting in managing and investing over $2.5 billion of real estate assets for Stanford Management Company, and holding positions at Westbrook Partners and JLL as a Tenant Representation Specialist. Ryan holds a B.S. in Managerial Economics from UC Davis and an MBA from Stanford University.
