Megan Pautler

Megan Pautler is a Principal at KCB Real Estate, where she co-leads the firm's real estate platform. She is responsible for executing investment strategy, deploying capital, and managing a real estate portfolio valued over $1.5 billion. During her tenure, Megan has closed over 35 deals with an aggregate asset value exceeding $800 million. Previously, she was an Associate at Grayhawk Capital, focusing on acquisitions and portfolio management for technology companies. Megan holds a BS in Finance from Arizona State University and has been recognized as a "Women in Real Estate." She also serves on multiple company boards.
