Biography
Aaron Pacillio is the Chief Investment Officer at Davlyn Investments, a prominent US-based multifamily investment firm. With over 20 years of experience, he leads Davlyn's multifamily acquisitions, having been directly involved in over $1 billion of multifamily investments in acquisition or development. Mr. Pacillio is responsible for executing the firm's investment strategy, consistently identifying and acquiring high-quality assets in robust markets. His expertise is frequently highlighted in press releases, where he provides strategic insights into Davlyn's long-term investment approach. Prior to Davlyn, he served as Acquisitions Manager for Pacific Property Company and Development Manager for The Finger Companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Southern Methodist University, where he also completed their Graduate Finance Program.
