Alex Nyhan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of First Washington Realty, a national real estate investment and management firm specializing in convenience, necessity, and experience-oriented retail. He joined First Washington Realty in 2014, progressing to his current leadership role. Nyhan's extensive career in real estate development includes significant positions at companies like Forest City Enterprises, where he managed a billion-dollar pipeline of mixed-use projects. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and has been involved in over $10 billion of real estate investments and developments. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of ICSC.
