Biography

Michael Nichols serves as a Senior Investment Officer for the Texas Tech University System Endowment. A CAIA charterholder, he is responsible for managing the "stable value" portfolio, which constitutes 40% of the endowment and is strategically diversified across hedge funds and credit investments. Nichols is instrumental in developing innovative liquidity strategies and a low-beta portfolio, ensuring capital preservation and strategic market positioning for the endowment.
