Sameer Nair is the Vice President of Hotel Acquisitions at The Kolter Group, where he is instrumental in expanding Kolter Hospitality's hotel portfolio. His responsibilities encompass deal sourcing, negotiation, transaction execution, underwriting, and capital structuring. Bringing over a decade of experience in hospitality real estate, Sameer possesses deep expertise in acquisitions, asset management, development, and special servicing. His professional track record includes managing over $600 million in transaction volume and successfully completing $120 million in hotel transactions for prominent brands. Sameer is a proud alumnus of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.
