Gianluca Montalti

Gianluca Montalti is a Partner, Head of Asset Management at Torchlight Investors, where he serves on the Investment and Operating Committees. He brings over 28 years of professional experience, specializing in overseeing asset management, leasing, and disposition strategies. Prior to joining Torchlight in 2009, Mr. Montalti held roles at Investcorp International, Greenstreet Real Estate Partners, and LaSalle Investment Management. He holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
