I'm a real estate developer, entrepreneur and bestselling author. Since 2017, I've built a self-funded $57 million real estate development portfolio in NYC and Philly. On our NYCE app, micro investors can invest our real estate deals, along with others. Since April, we've onboarded 1700+ new investors, by far outpacing any fintech company in this niche. My mission is to help 100,000 new investors become millionaires by 2030. My co-founder (and father) is the co-founder of a nine-figure kitchen/bath retail franchise currently active in 13 countries.
