Experience includes private equity, public companies and private, closely held real estate companies. Originated and closed numerous successful transactions between these groups, including M&A. Extensive industry contacts and long term relationships together with knowledge of numerous markets/submarkets and asset types has enabled sourcing and completion of $10 billion in transactions including office, mixed use, retail, parking, industrial, multifamily, land and development. Many off-market investments resulting from proactive approach to relationships and markets.
