Biography
Steve is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience as both an operator and investor. He grew the first business he was part of from $200k in capital to a publicly traded top-40 residential mortgage lender and sold it to a hedge fund in 2005. Steve now manages a private equity real estate business he co-founded in 2007 that is focused on finding and investing in unique opportunities in real estate.
