Monica Khalid serves as the Head of US Multifamily Investor Relations at EQT Exeter. She joined EQT Partners BD, LLC, an affiliate of EQT Exeter, in May 2023. Ms. Khalid brings expertise in the investment sector, holding relevant securities licenses including passing 3 general industry/product exams and 1 state securities law exam.
