Lawrence Kestin

Lawrence Kestin is the Owner, Founder, and Managing Principal of Glenmont Capital Management, LLC, a New York-based real estate investment management firm. With over 25 years in the real estate industry, he directs Glenmont's investment strategies, overseeing the acquisition of over $1.5 billion in assets across sectors including multifamily, hotels, and industrial complexes. Prior to founding Glenmont in 2000, Mr. Kestin was a Principal at Colony Capital, Inc. and a Partner at Rogers & Wells, showcasing extensive expertise in real estate investment and strategic planning. He holds a B.A. from American University and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
