Biography
Daniel Kattan is Managing Partner - Capital Markets and a co-founder of PIA Residential. With over 20 years of real estate experience, he spearheads capital raising and investment initiatives. Kattan was pivotal in the acquisition of over 2,000 units and structured more than $180 million in non-recourse debt. He earned a B.S. from Northeastern and an MBA from The Wharton School.
