Gavriel Kahane

Gavriel Kahane is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Arkhouse Partners, a US-based firm. With 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, he focuses on real estate finance, investment, and leasing. Prior to Arkhouse, he served as Director of Operations and Finance at The Sapir Organization, managing over $3.6 billion in financing and acquisitions. He also held a Vice President role at Meridian Capital Group, specializing in commercial real estate finance. Kahane's expertise extends to activist investing, notably in the REIT sector and strategic initiatives such as the efforts to acquire Macy's. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Film from Yeshiva University.
