Andrew Joblon

Andrew Joblon is the Founder and Managing Principal of Turnbridge Equities, a vertically-integrated real estate investment and development firm he established in 2015. He is responsible for the overall operations, management, origination, structuring, and asset management of all investment activities. Under his leadership, Turnbridge Equities has built a multi-billion dollar portfolio across diverse asset classes, including notable projects like Austin's Music Lane and large-scale logistics centers. Prior to founding Turnbridge, Joblon served as a Senior Vice President at Fisher Brothers and a Financial Analyst at CWCapital, gaining extensive experience in acquisitions, financing, and development. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University.
