Managing Director at JCR Capital serving as the co-head of its latest structured finance investment vehicle, the $329.5MM JCR Commercial Real Estate Finance Fund 3. Prior to joining JCR Capital, Mr. Isaacson was a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at LEM Capital, an institutional value-add multifamily investor in Philadelphia. In this role, he was responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of potential investments. Prior to joining LEM, Mr. Isaacson was an Associate at Wells Fargo Securities in their Investment Banking – Financial Institutions Group where he focused on capital markets and M&A transactions involving REITS and specialty finance companies. Mr. Isaacson received a MBA from Wharton School.
